Thank you for your interest in our Eureka After School Club en The Palmas Academy . Below you will find the registration form. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

  1. If the quota is not reached, all registered participants will be refunded whatever payments have been made to their original method of payment.

  2. A processing fee of 3.9% is automatically applied to payments made with debit/credit cards.
